Project-Specific Quality Planning

Beverage Quality Control & Inspection

Quality control starts with an approved product and packaging specification—not a generic list of tests. LaiZhi coordinates project-relevant incoming, in-process, packaging and finished-product requirements with the assigned production facility.

Capability Scope

Four control stages for an approved project

The inspection plan should reflect the formula, process, package, buyer requirements and applicable destination conditions. Test items, methods, sampling and acceptance criteria must be agreed before they are treated as order requirements.

This distinction matters: a facility may have broad inspection capability, but the exact checks and reports supplied with an order remain project-specific.

Incoming review

Check relevant ingredients, packaging materials, identification and approved supplier information.

Process control

Monitor agreed production parameters and record project-relevant observations.

Package inspection

Review container, closure, artwork, coding, seal or seam and packout as applicable.

Finished review

Assess the agreed finished-product attributes and batch records before release.

Traceability

Connect controlled materials, formula version, batch, inspection and packing records.

Issue handling

Record deviations, assess disposition and communicate relevant corrective actions.

Technical Review

Define checks and acceptance criteria before production

Package inspection may include dimensions, container condition, closure match, seal or seam review, leakage checks, artwork and coding. The applicable method and acceptance criteria must be confirmed for the selected format.

Review area What to verify
Incoming materials Identity, batch information, condition and packaging specification
Processing Controlled parameters and project-relevant in-process observations
Filling & closure Fill-related checks, container condition and seal or seam review as applicable
Coding & artwork Approved version, legibility, placement and pack identification
Finished product Agreed physical, sensory, chemical or microbiological review
Packing & release Case, label, quantity, pallet and release records
Beverage can package inspection including dimensions closure seam and leakage review

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions buyers ask about quality control

What quality checks are performed?

The applicable checks are defined by the approved product, process, package and buyer requirements. They may include incoming, in-process, packaging and finished-product review, but the exact scope must be confirmed for each project.

Can I request a specific report?

Yes. State the required test, method, acceptance criteria, reporting format and destination requirement during project review so availability and responsibility can be confirmed.

How is batch traceability managed?

The agreed route should connect controlled materials and packaging, formula version, production batch, inspection status, packing identification and shipment records.

Does a certificate replace product inspection?

No. A management-system or facility certificate does not replace product-specific specifications, process controls, inspections or release requirements.

Can third-party inspection be arranged?

A buyer may request third-party inspection or testing. Scope, timing, access, cost and acceptance criteria should be agreed before production or shipment.
