  • Codonopsis and red dates rice milk

  • Shouwu, Red Dates and Wolfberry Rice Milk

Effects: nourish blood, regulate deficiency, nourish liver and kidney. Suitable for menopausal women with liver and kidney deficiency, insomnia and forgetfulness.

Method: 60 grams of Shouwu, 3-5 red dates, 20 wolfberries, 100 grams of japonica rice. Wash Shouwu and put it in a pot, add water and boil, remove the residue and keep the juice. Wash the japonica rice and soak it in water for half an hour. Wash the red dates and remove the pits. Put the Shouwu juice, red dates, wolfberries and japonica rice into a casserole together. Boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Add an appropriate amount of brown sugar and mix well before eating.

Note: Polygonum multiflorum should not be used with iron utensils. When boiling soup and cooking rice milk, an enamel pot or casserole is required.

  • Wheat and yam rice milk
